At OverView, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge over 15 years and our goal is to share that knowledge with your business. We are not shopping around. We already know the best deal and simply want to make sure our clients are getting it. We have a proven six-step process.
This is how it works:
Step 1
Show Us Your Invoices
The first step in the process is to review your current invoices.
Step 2
Receive a Savings Report
We can do the math in record time. You can typically expect to receive an anticipated savings report as soon as we see your invoices.
Step 3
Decide If You Want Help
Based on your anticipated savings report, you then decide if you want our help or if you are “all set.” There is no cost or obligation for us to do business.
Step 4
Move Forward
Now we have the green light to show you everything… various companies, their rate offerings, and terms.
SPOILER ALERT: You will more than likely not need to change vendors to realize savings. Typically, the companies you are using now are offering a better deal to new businesses and we know who to call to get those deals for you.
Step 5
Select Your Savings
You decide what recommendations and savings initiatives make sense for your business. If you choose to stay “as is,” you pay nothing. When you say yes, we will share your first year’s savings. The company that you are working with will not write us a thank you check to take money out of their bank account and put it into yours. So, we ask that you thank us by sharing. Simple!
Step 6
Three-Month Review
After three months, we will return to make sure everything is on track and everything is working as expected. It is at this time when we will ask for two things… a referral to a friend and a testimonial about your experience.
