Obie Comfort Solutions brought in Overview to review their annual expenditures including how they accept credit cards and the cost of their merchant services. After Overview’s review, Obie Comfort Solutions realized that there had to be a more cost-effective solution. Since the bulk of their transactions occurred at their customers’ homes, the service technician would call in the credit card number to the office and enter the transactions by hand. Keying in the transactions is significantly more expensive than swiping them.
